Identity and effective date

VOXYN Automations is an independent digital product seller based in India. The public support address is support@voxynautomations.com.

These terms are effective from 28 September 2026. Private KYC, banking, tax and invoice identity records are supplied privately where legally required and are not published on this website.

Scope

These terms cover use of the public VOXYN website. The current website is informational and does not include an active checkout. If a VOXYN digital product becomes available for purchase, the customer will receive the applicable product and order terms before payment.

Product documentation, an order summary, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Shipping and Delivery Policy may also apply to a purchase.

Product descriptions and included items

VOXYN Automations is the parent brand. VOXYN LinkedIn Automation is completing commercial acceptance and is not currently offered through an online checkout.

The verified reference delivery contains separate private Automation and public-safe Dashboard ZIPs, browser Setup materials, workflow code, and customer HELP documentation. It covers source diagnostics, grounded preparation, Slack review, validation and rendering, explicitly enabled scheduled publishing, and sanitized Dashboard visibility. Internal version-label inconsistencies are being resolved before the final sale package is approved.

Eligibility and customer responsibilities

Customers must be able to enter into the applicable agreement and must be authorised to use the accounts, sources, credentials, content, and destinations supplied to a configured workflow. Customers should provide accurate setup information and follow the requirements presented with the product.

Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, or private configuration files through the public email contact route. Credential setup instructions will be provided through the supported product setup process.

Buyer-owned accounts and third-party integrations

The verified reference package uses an empty private GitHub automation repository, GitHub Actions, a supported Slack workspace and app, a Gemini API key, LinkedIn developer application and account authorisation, eligible sources, and an optional separate public GitHub Pages Dashboard repository.

Customers supply and control these accounts and credentials and remain responsible for provider policies, permissions, quotas, usage charges, availability, maintenance, and account restrictions. VOXYN cannot grant rights to or override rules imposed by an external service.

Single Business Licence

The verified reference packages contain seller-approved Single Business Licence terms. One purchase is intended to cover one individual for their own use or one business or organisation for its own internal use. Internal installation, configuration, commercial use, modification, and reasonable backup copies are permitted for that licensed buyer.

The reference licence prohibits resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public sharing, giving copies to another business, repackaging VOXYN or a modified copy as another product, and using one licence for independent client-business deployments. Agencies, consultants, and freelancers need a separate licence for each client or business deployment. Independent legal-counsel review is not asserted, so the final checkout terms still require professional review before sales open.

Setup, updates, support, and compatibility

Support covers secure delivery issues, corrupted or incomplete packages, guidance based on included installation documentation, clarification of documented configuration steps, and investigation of reproducible defects in the supplied VOXYN package. A corrected package may be supplied when a package defect is verified.

VOXYN Support aims to respond within two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays in India. Support does not include operating buyer accounts, creating credentials, custom development, unrelated computer repair, content strategy, account management, lifetime support or lifetime updates unless separately agreed.

Payments, taxes, and pricing

Purchasing will open after payment activation. The introductory launch price is $69 USD; the regular price after the introductory promotion is $89 USD. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring VOXYN subscription charge.

The $69 introductory price will apply during the initial launch period. The applicable price will be displayed before payment. VOXYN Automations may end or change the introductory promotion prospectively, without changing completed orders.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, duties or similar charges may be added based on the customer’s billing location and applicable law. The complete payable amount will be displayed before the customer confirms payment. Customers must provide accurate billing and tax information. A customer’s bank or payment provider may separately impose currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charges; VOXYN does not control those rates or charges.

Delivery and access

VOXYN LinkedIn Automation is delivered electronically. After successful payment confirmation, the customer will receive access to the approved digital package through a secure download and/or the purchase email address. Delivery is intended to be immediate. If access is not received or the files cannot be downloaded, contact support@voxynautomations.com. VOXYN Support will respond within two business days.

No physical item or shipping fee applies. Third-party account creation, authorisation and approval are separate from delivery. Secure links may expire; customers must protect links and files, retain purchase confirmation, and keep reasonable backups.

Refunds and cancellations

A cancellation may be considered before digital access is issued. Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after access or delivery, subject to the stated exceptions and mandatory consumer rights. Duplicate payment, unresolved non-delivery, an uncorrectable corrupted or materially different package, unauthorised transactions, and cases required by law may qualify for review.

Availability and third-party limitations

Automation results depend on configured inputs, eligible evidence, customer choices, and the availability and rules of supported third-party services. VOXYN does not promise that every source will remain available or fresh, that every niche will produce sufficient eligible evidence, or that a full daily content batch will always be produced.

The LinkedIn Automation workflow may return SOURCE_INSUFFICIENT when eligible evidence is unavailable. Scheduled publishing occurs only when a supported destination is configured and publishing is enabled. VOXYN does not guarantee LinkedIn reach, engagement, audience growth, uninterrupted integrations, or uninterrupted third-party services.

Intellectual property

VOXYN branding and the original website materials remain associated with VOXYN Automations. Product software, templates, documentation, customer inputs, prepared outputs, modifications, and third-party components may involve different ownership or usage rights.

The rights applicable to a digital product and its outputs will be stated in the product licence presented before purchase. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences.

Liability and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Customers retain mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law. No arbitration requirement is imposed by these terms.

Changes and contact

These website terms may be updated when the website or product offering changes. The effective date will be revised when an updated version is published. Terms accepted with a purchase will apply as stated in the applicable order documentation, subject to valid agreed changes and applicable law.
